Hello dear Steemians,

It is my last watercolor sheet and I thought to do something special, to try once again portrait. In general I love to do portraits, people are the most interesting subject for me and I love to do portraits. On and off I use watercolor which I find the most difficult but even though I love to try it to time.

Every time when I use watercolor I tell myself to avoid following mistake that many of beginners of watercolor experience do:
First of all we all forget that the most beautiful effects are reached via the effect of watercolor painting such as transparency. So do not use thick paints but think about water and of course the watercolor like to flow.

The next rule that I am struggle to follow, to give enough time for watercolor to dry. I very often start to work on next layer before the last one has not dried completely.

The third one do not use to many different colors and work with limited palette.

My model this time is once again my favorite Canadian Fashion Model Linda Evangelista who I first seen in George Michael’s music video in 80’s “Freedom”

Hope you like it.
