Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

No.140

This is a project to support young artists of traditional Art on Steem.

Here we are with Top 10 selected work, we glad to see our old Artist-friends and new names too.

Let’s start with @daring-celt who presented nice-pastel work “Sound of silence”. Pastel is one of the material when you use your fingers to spread pigment and that is something that create an invisible connection between the author and your work. The topic of a lonely person stepping out into the rain and the sound of drops on the palm. Who does not know that moment? Beautifully captured the process of creation.

“The girl with a hat” is an eternal topic never ages, @xoxoone9 created the composition with pencils, charcoal and pastel including the nice video of his process of drawing. Lovely result!

Next pencil work of @marcocosta from Peru, the land with very interesting history and archeological heritage, He presented a portrait of a man from Andes combined with the huaco of a Mochica warrior.

@promisearts with his stunning hyper realistic pencil portrait, incredibly talented Artist!

@stefaniaveliz with beautiful selection of the human anatomy drawings, that is one of the favorite topic for every artist, on and off we return to that topic on different stage of our carrier and stunning ourselves how difficult and beautiful this topic is.

Beautiful drawing of a famous actress Geraldine Fitzgerald done by @arcg, like the process of development of portrait and nicely technically done.

@ciscorodriguez50 who is amazing portrait Artist from Venezuela, presents the famous people of his country. As always great portrait of a beautiful person.

Next two are watercolor paintings, one of the busy port by @uttambarman, beautiful colors, complexity of the objects, well used the benefits of watercolor technique.

And another artist @Veronicalee, amazing watercolor artist, who usually present the beauty of landscape, this time presented a cheering football player, amazing how the emotions reflected in the expression of the face and the body language. Really love it!

One of our old Artist-friend is @matteopaints with his stunning oil painting of Purple orchid, once again we wanted to draw your attention to that talented Artist and his amazing works.
